1. Participants should deliver by 12.31.2010. following:
 short
ensemble biography
fully
filed application
2
photos ( color) of ensemble no less than 1000 px for Festival
brochure
DVD
of ensemble with dance for competitive festivals event (then
8 minutes) sent by mail.
2.
Number of participants must not excide 30, including all staff
and drivers / if coming by bus /.
All over 30 will not have paid expenses during Festival.
3.
Festival covers all expenses of accommodation and food during
Festival days.
4.
Travel expenses from participant's country to airport and
back covers each ensemble on their own.
5.
Expenses of transfer airport-Banjaluka-airport cover the Organizer
of the Festival.
6.
Folklore ensembles from ex-Yugoslavia cover their own expenses
to/from Banjaluka. Fuel expenses during the Festival will
cover the Organizer.
7.
All ensembles who send the application, after selection, will
receive official invitation from IFF "Dukat fest"
by the end of January 31-st 2011.
8.
Ensembles which need visa to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina,
after filed application, will receive official invitation
from the Organizer verified in MIA of RS and Economy Barr
of Republic of Srpska, as it is the law. Please keep in mind
schedule so you would have enough time for all the paper-work
necessary for entering our country.
9.
Festival will provide translators in consultation with group
leaders.
10.
Festival will provide, within accommodation, medical service
for minor interventions, as well as emergency medical help
/ 00.00-24.00 /. Ensembles are obligated to have traveler's
medical insurance, and present evidence before entering B&H.
11.
Folklore ensemble must:
prepare
performance ( not more than 8 minutes ) for competition part
of the Festival
prepare
performance ( not more than 25 minutes ) for concerts in other
cities near Banja Luka
prepare
presentation for introduction walk in Banjaluka
bring
folk ware and national instrument for exhibition
bring
national flag
12.
Jury will evaluate ensembles in 3 categories:
best
performance ( coordination )
best
authenticity
best
style
Jury
will be international, supported by IOV / International organization
for preservation cultural heritage with seat in Austria /
which IFF "Dukat fest" is member of.
13.
Best performance will be rewarded with 1000 EUR. Authenticity
and style will be rewarded with gift packages and diplomas.
14. All participants will receive DVD of the Festival,
diploma and souvenir, and it's expected for participants to
bring souvenirs which represent their countries.
15.
Leader of the ensemble is responsible for discipline.
